Position: Architectural Technician.
Location: Greater Manchester.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (subject to experience)
Sectors: New Build / Leisure Projects coming up.
About the role:
An Architectural practice in Greater Manchester is looking for a job running Architectural Technician with 5+ years’ experience.
The ideal candidates will be adept in AutoCAD and have good building regulations knowledge as well as experience liaising with clients and consultants.
The company offer 1 day from home hybrid working and pride themselves on being flexible.
To be considered for the role you must:
- Have SITE experience.
- Be adept in AutoCAD.
- Have good building regulations knowledge.
- Have experience liaising with clients and consultants.
- Have experience running jobs.
