Duties:
- Interpret client briefs and produce working drawings and technical documents for residential projects across the UK
- Ensure compliance with the latest legislation and building regulations
- Collaborate effectively within the technical team to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to generate technical drawings and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain thorough documentation and records of project progress
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering their growth and development
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience working on residential / mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders, specifically in the UK
- Sound technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of building regulations, specifically related to large-scale Residential schemes
- Expert user of Revit and AutoCad is essential
- Excellent communication ability
- Excellent Technical knowledge
- Confident delivering projects through RIBA stages 3 - 6
