Job Description

The position is based at their modern office in West Yorkshire with hybrid working options. The role involves being part of a dynamic Architectural Design Team composed of professionals ranging from recent graduates to experienced, fully qualified experts. The team manages multiple projects simultaneously, from large-scale new build residential developments to complex recladding schemes of high-rise tower blocks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 3 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment residential schemes, including high-profile high-rise and large new build projects.
  • Developing Revit models for use from concept design to construction information.
  • Managing multiple jobs concurrently, producing working drawings/specifications, and reviewing work drafted by others.
  • Creating planning, building control, and construction issue drawings.
  • Leading and attending client design meetings.
  • Visiting sites to liaise with contractors and offer technical advice as needed.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Revit skills are preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a design office.
  • Strong construction technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with building and planning regulations/procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively both in-office and remotely.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
