You will be working on an expanding portfolio of projects with varying complexity across multiple sectors but our Clients immediate workload will be focused on sectors including: ~ Residential (speculative multi unit developments and bespoke one off executive private houses) ~ Industrial ~ Education ~ Care-homes A really great environment in which to develop your skills in the early stages of your career. You will be given the opportunity, with full support, to take projects from initial Client meetings all the way through to Client handover. Person Specification: Our Client is looking for a Candidates with the following technical attributes: ~ A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a UK Practice. ~ Proficient in Revit Equally important are soft skills which will include: ~ An excellent communicator both written and verbal. ~ A dynamic and self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude. ~ Somebody with ambition and enthusiasm.
