We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our sales team in promoting and selling fire pumps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fire protection systems, particularly fire pumps, and a substantial proven track record in sales management. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve revenue goals. Prepare quotations and proposal by the exclusive use of the Armstrong Bid Tools ADEPT sales portal, CRM, etc. Customer Relationship Management: Attend sales meeting, conferences, etc as directed by the Sales Director Market Analysis and CRM Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, gap analysis, competitor analysis, sales pipeline and performance analysis to senior management. Use CRM tool to track opportunities, build winning strategies for all contacts within every account and achieve order input targets inline with budgeted requirements. Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering,/Mechanical/Automation Engineering with sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Substantial work experience in sales management, preferably in the fire industry and fire protection systems and pumps Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in Fire Pumps and fire protection systems is essential Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Proficiency in CRM and Value and solution selling skills - mandatory Full Clean Driving Licence Ability to travel within the region as required.
