Great career opportunity for a new-business focused Area Sales Manager to join a leading industrial automation innovator and sell printing & coding equipment across manufacturing companies in the South-East.
The role will suit a consultative new business sales hunter who excels at uncovering opportunities, proposing value-based solutions, and has sold capital equipment into manufacturing (i.e., printing, coding, packaging & conveyor equipment etc).
The Opportunity
Linx Printing Technologies is a leading provider of industrial printing, coding, and laser marking equipment to manufacturing companies across sectors, including food & beverages (‘best before dates’ etc).
Based in the South-East sales territory with good links to London & M25 (Watford, Reading, London, Basingstoke, Crawley, Maidstone etc) the Area Sales Manager engages with new prospects (60% focus) and existing customers to propose solutions from the entire Linx hardware range, as well as finance and service agreements.
This richly varied sales role encompasses account plan development, lead generation and prospecting, mapping decision-makers, product demonstrations, collaboration with marketing on targeted campaigns, trade fairs, and the execution of the entire sales cycle to the highest professional standards.
