We are currently supporting a dynamic secondary school in the Sefton area who are working with Hays to find an Art and Design teacher to cover a maternity leave position starting in the Winter Term to cover the remainder of the school year. Planning and Delivering engaging Art & Design lessons and effectively and achieving outcomes in every lesson. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the class teacher that meets the needs of all students. Follow the schools rewards and behaviour policy. Be flexible and willing to support the school in different departments. Qualifications A degree in Art & Design or a related subject. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching at secondary school level. Skills Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for working with young people Strong classroom management skills. The ability to deliver engaging lessons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
