About the role

We are seeking an experienced Artist Liaison Manager to join our team for events in May and June 2024.. Previous experience in running multi-lineup festivals is essential.

As the Artist Liaison Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all artists are advanced in accordance with the event, while management a team underneath you. You will report into Far and Beyond’s Head of Talent Liaison, Head of Events, and the Event Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Artist Liaison Coordinators and Representatives.

  • To act as the main point of contact for the artist parties in advance of the event.

  • Ensure the transport team (if relevant to the event) has correct timings & requirements for artist parties.

  • Ensure hospitality riders are fulfilled, in line with event budgets. This will include managing a small Rider team.

  • Work closely with the Production department for all Talent production requirements.

  • Manage the Artist Liaison budget for all rider & backstage furniture requirements.

  • Create and manage the artist liaison advance pack

  • Create and manage the artist accreditation process

  • Reports into the Event Management department.

About you

  • Previous experience of managing Artist Liaison for Live events, particularly multi line-up festivals.

  • Experience in developing and building strong relationships with a range of partners and suppliers.

  • Demonstrable experience of budget management and monitoring.

  • An assertive, tactful and persuasive communicator

  • Demonstrable experience of strong project planning and organisation skills.

  • Ability to provide high quality briefings and communication to external contacts and your team.

  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team.

To be discussed based on experience.

Advance: London office (Central); or Donington office (Midlands), and WFH

Travel as required per project across the UK. Onsite locations to be confirmed.
