You will play a key role in researching and interpreting current trends and will have accountability for driving clear direction on themes, products, graphics and colour to create inspiring and exciting new product offers in collaboration with the garment design team.

- Previous experience in a similar role with strong print and graphic skills
- Clear understanding of garment make up and print techniques, as well as the cost implications
- Hunger for innovation and a strong eye for emerging trends
- Ability to identify new trends and translate them for George customers
- Ability to take both a customer and commercial focused approach
- A passion for driving a new digital way of working
