Job Description
Boutique employee-owned asset management company is seeking a lawyer to join its team.
You will work with a senior counsel on a wide range of issues including fund launches, fund documentation including IMAs and distribution agreements, SFDR/ESG matters and a range of other work.
You will have broad asset management experience and ideally have experience with UCITS funds and AIFMD.
