Job Description
- Based in Reading, hybrid model
- 5+ years' experience as an Asset Manager or Surveyor
- Business Development experience
- Mixed-use/ office/ retail/ industrial
- £70,000 + % of profit share - depending on experience
Our client is a new platform who is looking for their first hire. The existing set up already manages a portfolio of properties across 3 companies. The initial remit is to proactively look after the current client portfolio comprised of office, industrial, and limited retail. The current work is interesting with a high level of autonomy, and nationwide UK travel as necessary.
The Asset Manager will look after the existing portfolio while helping to grow the platform, including through events. Existing network is a bonus.
