About the business
G.Digital have partnered with a Global Organisation to help them find an Asset Manager. This opportunity will allow the successful candidates a chance to own the asset and licensing across the group.
This role will play a key part in owning the whole asset and licensing provision, responsibilities will cover:
- Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of software assets and hardware assets
- Engage with vendors to negotiate favourable terms and agreements
- Facilitate audits and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures
- Create and manage budgets related to software and hardware assets
- Extensive line management and leadership experience of large team
What skills do you need?
- Extensive experience of Asset and Licence Management across Software and Hardware Asset Management
- Experience of negotiating with vendors and managing relationships
- Understanding of software licence auditing, policy enforcements and cost management
What can you expect?
- Up to £45,000 base
- 37 hour working week
- 5% contributory pension
