Our client is a comprehensive UK-based real estate firm specialising in investment, development, and management of Build-to-Rent residential properties.


They are looking for an Asset Manager who will be working closely with the Head of Asset Management. The role is to support the operational delivery of asset management functions for a growing portfolio. Based in Central London, with regular site visits.


The Asset Manager will:

  • Oversee asset management for part of the operational portfolio, including reporting, service standards, site inspections, and management meetings.
  • Accountable for leasing performance, marketing strategy, competitor analysis, and developing asset-specific leasing strategies, including setting and monitoring leasing income targets.
  • Conduct secret shopping, develop and implement improvement strategies, provide regular market analysis, and maintain strong relationships with site teams and third-party agents.


Required skills and experience:

  • 18 months'- 2 years' experience
  • Robust, highly organised, able to work under own initiative, under pressure and to tight and multiple deadlines
  • Strong financial modeling skills
