We are happy to be partnered with a rapidly expanding UK Investor/Asset Manager to help them appoint a new Asset Manager to their team. The business has a diverse portfolio that currently sits at c. £1B AUM with more being added imminently. What's in it for you:

  • Track Record - Our client has an existing enviable track record, and you will be able to leverage their extensive experience, strong relationships, brand and network.

  • Team/Culture – Work as part of an experienced and high-performing leadership team who are very open-minded and are also committed to helping you to realise your goals and share successes along the way.

  • Autonomy - The team will empower you to do your best work rather than dictate exactly how you do it, you will have the opportunity to grow into your role and become a point person for a new or existing strategy.

  • Quality – Our client acquires and manages a diverse range of high-quality assets. In collaboration with their capital partners, they have an enviable track record of maximising an asset's potential.

  • Progression - Chance to join a small team in a key position for the business but with scope to also grow both personally and professionally as the business grows.

What you will need:

  • Prior client-side asset management experience (Preferred)
  • A multi-faceted asset management skillset/background e.g rent reviews, lease renewals, leasing, refurbishment, development and analytical skills
  • The ability to report efficiently to a range of capital partners
