Job Description
A client of mine based in the Northwest is looking to appoint an Asset Manager to conduct a review of the Operational Property Portfolio. The role has come about due to a permanent Member of Staff leaving.
The ideal candidate will have a Local Authority background and experience of reviewing a Local Authorities Property Portfolio with a view to progress to a Disposals Programme.
Details
- Contract Length: 12 Months.
- Rate: £Negotiable DOE.
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days in, 3 RW).
