Asset Manager – Grid Scale BESS & Energy Storage | Market Leading Independent Power Producer
Location: London - Hybrid 3/2
Due to incredible success and a tripling of the company's AUM over the next 18 months, our client, a highly successful independent power producer with a strong financial backing is seeking an Asset Manager with a technical background to inherit a portfolio of newly energised energy storage assets.

They own and operate one of Europe's largest energy storage portfolios, are currently building world-leading energy transition projects (not hyperbole) and are expanding into continental Europe.
If that isn't enough, as an AM you will:
- Collaborate with in-house technical designers, engineers and in-house construction teams
- Work across multiple teams such as Quant, Trading, Strategy, Commerical and Engineering
- Benefit from a high calibre platform, revenue-generating year on year, well-backed and growing portfolio
As an asset manager, you can expect to work with cross-functional teams in a close-knit and collaborative environment. The company has built a strong brand for operational excellence and they are looking for a reliable and professional asset manager to support its significant growth.
You should be ambitious and articulate with:
- Strong asset management background and technical expertise
- Demonstrable experience with renewable infrastructure (wind, solar, hydro or BESS, CCGT, etc)
- Experience with Contract/Contractor Management, Risk Management, HSQE, Optimisation and Performance Management
