Assets General Manager needed in Huddersfield Paying £25.13 per hr ref 0008 A98F /1
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
- You will support the Service Manager to develop and deliver improvement programmes, taking the lead on operational delivery.
- You will demonstrate effective leadership and management skills and be responsible for appraising and progressing programmes of works in line with the Housing/Asset Strategy and Service Plans.
- you will support the achievement of positive outcomes for residents and stakeholders and that the overall objectives of the Team, Service and Organisation
- Ensuring that project and programme delivery assesses, mitigates and manages risks to the organisation and residents.
