Assistant Brand Manager, Liz Earle - No7 Beauty Company

Overview:
As Assistant Brand Manager for Liz Earle, you’ll be a key part of our UK Marketing team. Accountable for ensuring that we deliver a best in class launch, our brand shows up at its best in market, creating seamless activation across retailers and the UK market both online and offline. Working with our cross functional teams and retailers to ensure that they understand our brands, to deliver improved brand health, awareness & against our UK targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Support in the development of local market annual plans, including campaign planning, retailer execution, always on marketing and brand support.
- Support in setting our customer and brand targets for the year to deliver brand growth.
- Identify & deliver local market insights to inform all plans, develop and continuously learn.
- Localise global creative and content to allow for market relevant creative and messaging.
- Work with our local media agencies to deliver new product launches and brand campaigns.
- Support in working within our matrix organisation to deliver fully aligned and powerful activation plans that are relevant for our brands and UK marketing.
- Work with our retail partners to integrate all campaigns and brand priorities to show up seamlessly across the market.
- Partners with PR Comms team to support integration of local Influencer and PR activity across assigned brand projects and activity where required.
- Local measurement and evaluation of all activity.
- Brand lead in the UK market for our global, cross functional and retailer teams.
What you’ll need to have:
- Proven experience within retail and brand marketing.
- Track record in brand and product launches using the full marketing mix including paid, owned and earned.
- Commercial Acumen, to ensure an understanding of retail partners’ businesses.
- Excellent relationship management across network of brands and stakeholders and agency partners.
