Assistant Construction Property Project Manager, Client Side

Midlands Based, UK wide travel



The Company:


We are working with a leading leisure operator who focus on providing individual & tailored solutions to maximise the opportunities their diverse estate provides them with. From Listed buildings to modern leisure units; from sub-5,000 sq ft to over 50,000 sq ft, the company pride themselves on providing excellence with the customer and the product at the heart of their business. The company is looking to appoint a Client-Side Assistant Project Manager to their close—knit Property Team. The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role within the Team with a specific responsibility for assisting the team with the delivery of refurbishment projects across the UK estate.



The Role:


The Assistant Construction Project Manager role will involve assisting the Project Team, coordinating between team members to assist with the delivery of capex schemes and projects across the estate. Helping to provide a full project management service for all elements of the project, ensuring that delivery is on time and budget and in line with the Support Team requirements.



The Person:


The Assistant Construction Project Manager will have knowledge and experience in assisting with the delivery of projects with a desire to develop the skills to enable you to work towards running your own larger scale projects, recent experience in running your own projects would be advantageous.


A client-focused approach and the desire to work with the team on complex, and sometimes technically challenging, projects in a fast-paced environment is key. A good technical knowledge and contract management experience would be advantageous.
