There has never been a better time to join Bolton Council. As our newly created Assistant Director, Corporate Property, you will be joining a directorate at the start of a new and exciting era. Whilst there are plenty of exciting new challenges ahead, strong foundations have been established to create an environment where you can maximise both your own, and the Corporate Property service’s potential.
With a proven track record of leading significant programmes of change and improving services, you will be instrumental in transferring our Facilities Management and Estates Management functions ‘in house’, and you will play a key role in implementing how these and our existing services operate in the future. You will also be in charge of an exciting capital projects portfolio to meet Council requirements across the borough.
