JSS are delighted to be exclusively partnering a successful large business based in Watford on the recruitment of an excellent Assistant Finance Manager. This role is responsible for management accounting, flash commentary and management reporting. Monthly prepayment and accurals, general ledger review, balance sheet reconciliation, improving processes, procedures and controls.

The Role:

This new Assistant Finance Manager position will be responsible for managing the monthly management accounting, variance analysis and management reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

-Monthly management accounting

-Accurals, prepayments

-Variance analysis

-Flash commentary

-Management Reporting

-Balance sheet

-Assist with audit

-Provision of ad-hoc financial analysis

-Improving processes and controls

Profile:

We are looking for a experienced management accountant who is qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 3-4 years in management accounting. You will have experience of:

-Accurals and prepayments

-General ledger review

-Balance sheet reconciliation and review

-Managing Audit

-Experience in a large company with large amounts of data

-Strong excel skills

On Offer:

A salary of circa £55,000-£62,000, 5-10% bonus, healthcare and pension.
