We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager or an ambitious Restaurant Manager looking for progression to join the team of one of London’s most well respected & forward thinking Restaurant groups. About the role: Support the General Manager in overseeing the Bar, Restaurant, and Retail operations. Demonstrate leadership by inspiring and developing the team according to our ethos. Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Collaborate with other department heads to meet business goals. About You: Previous experience as an AGM, with strong operational knowledge of the London hospitality scene. Passion for great food, service, and people. Proficient in managing financials, health, and safety. A proactive, hands-on leader comfortable in high-volume environments. Strong track record in team recruitment and development.
