About the Job:
- Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of service are consistently maintained.
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development to create a positive work environment.
- Manage reservations and ensure efficient table turnover, while maintaining quality service.
- Control stock and liaise with suppliers for timely ordering.
- Assist with budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
About you:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a premium restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and excellent knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and reservation systems.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
