About the Job:

  • Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of service are consistently maintained.
  • Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development to create a positive work environment.
  • Manage reservations and ensure efficient table turnover, while maintaining quality service.
  • Control stock and liaise with suppliers for timely ordering.
  • Assist with budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a premium restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
