As we expand with our third site, we invite an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, celebrated for its Eastern Mediterranean fusion cuisine inspired by the flavours of Tel Aviv. About Us: Our restaurant is renowned for its aromatic and health-conscious dishes that bring a fresh twist to traditional flavours. We are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience through our innovative menu and attentive service. Role Overview: As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our restaurant's operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, team management, and financial accountability. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the restaurants reputation for quality and service. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and make key decisions in the absence of the General Manager. Supervise shifts, ensuring all restaurant policies and procedures are followed. Collaborate with the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver excellent guest experiences. Maintain staffing plans, prepare schedules, and ensure optimal staffing levels for all shifts. Actively manage the floor during service, demonstrating a hands-on approach to guest interaction and team support. Oversee guest relations, responding to feedback, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist in menu presentation and promotions, providing feedback to senior management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
