Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking Assistant General Manager to be a member of the Workclub leadership team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will work in partnership with the General Manager to operate and shape the Workclub experience, driving hospitality, building scalable operations and ensuring the overall success of our flexible workspace model. This role combines delivering high class hospitality experience, with operations and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a world-class hospitality experience by developing and leading the strategy and team. Engage the wider team on our expectations of hospitality standards and ensure they are delivered. Create structure for continuous improvement of the workclub product to meet customer experience expectations. Build systems to track, monitor, and complete house facility issues promptly and within budget. Oversee day-to-day operations of the building with the General Manager, ensuring seamless functionality and an inviting atmosphere. Work with the Back of House Manager on gathering feedback and strategically developing the product. Act as the point of escalation for member inquiries, concerns, and requests, resolving efficiently. Support the General Manager in leading and inspiring a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional service across hospitality, operations, events, business development, account management, and programming. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, ownership, and member-centric focus. Ensure the Workclub maintains a high standard of aesthetics, cleanliness, and functionality. Manage the needs of the space for both the Workclub and external events business lines. Establish partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the Workclub network and product offering. Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality, co-working, flexible office space, or related industries. Passion for delivering world-class hospitality experiences. Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of leading teams through challenges. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
