We are looking for an *Assistant General Manager* candidate who:
· Has management or supervisory experience in a wet-led business
· Has worked with rotas and budgets
· Has a good understanding of stock taking and stock control
· Are natural leaders and can motivate a great team of people
· Has a fun, enthusiastic personality
· Can, most importantly, become an integral part of an incredible team of people
