Hamptons are currently looking for an Assistant Head of Lettings, or Valuer/Lister to join the team in our Notting Hill office. A great opportunity for an experienced and motivated lettings professional who is looking for the next step in their career. We are primarily looking for an experienced lettings valuer, confident in driving business generation and supporting the lettings manager and team. However, we are inviting candidates to apply with less experience in this role, whom we can develop into an Assistant Head of Lettings over time. Responsibilities: Ensuring that the business strategy is communicated to all employees Educating the team in the generation of new business. Achieving your own personal objectives and targets that have been set Understanding the departmental profit and loss account in order to assist the office in a pro-active manner Ensuring that all internal audit standards are maintained.
