Job Opportunity: Interim Assistant Headteacher (SENCO)

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive the school’s strategic vision.
Lead and manage the SEN provision, ensuring effective support for students with diverse needs.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance teaching and learning for SEN students.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and external agencies.
Contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant leadership experience.
National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) qualification (desirable).
Proven track record in SEN leadership and successful inclusion practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
