Broadgate are proud to be partnered with a leading corporate finance advisory firm, who aim to deliver real benefits to people and society. The role is paying £90,000 - £115,000 + bonus and offers flexible working. Working across a range of activities from developing and delivering broad corporate finance advice to detailed advice on derivatives valuations and/or financing structures. Lead and manage various projects, transactions and engagements with the support of the Senior Associates. Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while also being a trusted member of the advisory team Providing robust advice, supported as appropriate by financial modelling 5 years minimum in a corporate finance environment or similar role, ideally with some experience of transaction management, client relations, and advising or lending into the residential and real estate sectors ~ Strong financial models experience to support complex financial decision making. ~ Some familiarity with financial structures including debt, interest rate hedging, inflation products, high yield, is desirable, but not a must! ~ ACA/ACCA/ICAEW/CFA qualified is highly desirable.
