Assistant Manager food-led Pub
The Jovial Sailor, Ripley, Surrey, GU23 6EZ
Salary package of up to £37,000 per annum package (basic + tronc tips) plus, earn a further £1,700 through a bonus scheme
For a successful application, you need to have had some experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
food-led pub, restaurant or hotel and also preferably hold a clean driving licence.

Youre an experienced, inspirational leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for your customers and your team
You know how to maximise commercial opportunities and you support your General Manager in controlling the business, ensuring its profitable at all times
You will competently assist the General Manager in the planning, organisation and management of the pub activities
You will focus on the development of staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and high customer service standards
You will deliver on the Barons values and legal compliance responsibilities, and proactively lead our business objectives to help to achieve the companys overall aim of operational excellence
