Role: HR Assistant Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits
I am currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant Manager for a premium hotel group based in central London. A great opportunity to join a growing team within an international brand!
Key Responsibilities:
- assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, ensuring a well-connected HR and Learning service that maintains our position as an employer of choice in the luxury hospitality industry.
- partner with the HR Management team to deliver fast, accurate and relevant information to our employees.
- provide generalist HR and Learning support with particular focus on employee relations, engagement, and recruitment in addition to other department activities in accordance with the hotel's objectives.
