We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Reception Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and inspire a team of receptionists. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service.  Handle member and guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and discretion. Maintain a thorough knowledge of club facilities, services, events, and local amenities. Assist in the management of membership records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. Monitor and manage the reception budget, ensuring cost-effective practices without compromising service quality. Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the Reception Manager or other departments as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies. Support the Reception Manager in various administrative duties and projects as required.
