8 months' contract PAYE / Umbrella London (hybrid) Investment Banking Description Role: A temporary / interim role to support the WM External Asset Management desk in the execution of the exit of EAM end-clients (due to commercial or other criteria) prior to integration: Assist the team in the coordination and processing of end-client exits Ensure appropriate documentation is collated and held for all exit clients and their processing Liaise with operations and other departments on client exit processing, progress and remediation Assist RMs in the preparation of exit engagement calls and documentation Support RMs in the processing of asset transfers and termination of accounts Notify RMs and desk head of issues/pending items encountered in the delivery of exit processing Qualifications Requirements: General understanding of WM (and within this External Asset Management services) and associated client journeys and their administration Experienced and able to provide a high level of client service to EAM and their clients Experience of account processes for PB and WM for different types of clients General understanding of WM applications Client service orientated and able to engage with clients in a highly professional manner Proficient with core Microsoft Office applications Demonstration of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise work Effective time management, and able to meet targets and deadlines
