Job Description

We are a thriving well established boutique London family law practice seeking to expand due to the high volume of work. High end good quality predominantly finance work and some private children law work.

Our cases often have unique and interesting elements to them and we work closely with leading counsel.

Many of our cases have an international element, especially involving the US and we actively market that niche with our own US website and our many US lawyer contacts. We are also mediators and collaborative lawyers.

Being a small firm every member of the team counts and has an important role to play in developing the firm. We have always offered hybrid working and continue to do so but equally our team enjoys being in the office together the majority of the time. We have a fantastic working environment on the campus at Chiswick Business Park that hosts lots of sporting and social events. Good tube and overground connections make it very accessible.

Work life balance is important to us and we understand and appreciate the challenges our colleagues may have at every stage of their life and seek to work with them to accommodate these.

We offer a competitive salary and other benefits such as a company pension scheme and private health care.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with between 1 and 5 years’ experience predominantly in Private Family Law work. Exposure to complex financial cases and those with an international element are useful but not essential.

The role will be to help and support the senior members of the team on their cases and some of your own whilst looking to develop your own business development skills with a view to further senior opportunities within the firm in the future.
