As a whole, the team are experts in defending EL/PL claims on behalf of their national client base and they have a fantastic reputation across the North West for their excellent client care and high success rate.
Joining a national firm you'll be dealing with work of the highest quality. You'll be a qualified Solicitor (guideline, NQ - 2yrs pqe) boasting a strong background in handling litigated EL/PL matters from instruction through to completion. The team deals predominantly with cases on behalf of their local authority clients and incorporates a truly diverse, wide range of cases. Experience gained during your training contract and prior paralegal experience to this will be advantageous if you are an NQ-1 year PQE Solicitor and if you are from a claimant background but have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Defendant EL/PL litigation then you are also encouraged to apply.
