So who are we looking for? For our Assistant Store Managers passion and personality are key. You need to be the sort of person who can deliver against ambitious KPIs in a challenging retail environment. Who demonstrates commerciality and drive for excellent standards, and an eagerness to learn and be stretched daily. Youll be experienced in inventory management and stock control, developing business relationships and driving career progression for people within your team. Being a retail business, we require all employees to work flexibly. Here at Sally we work Monday to Sunday on a rota basis which you will be notified of two weeks in advance.
