Assistant Technical Manager - Residential Contractor
This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a well-established yet growing company with an excellent track record for training and development of their staff. Due to a number of project wins breaking ground across the next 12 months they’re looking to add to their technical team to look at pre-con on future schemes and gain exposure to live sites as well.
Projects are a mix of RC Frame and traditional build homes, each project with a bespoke design.

1. Review design and deal with problems effectively
2. Follow design programme
3. Value engineering to maximise profits
4. Develop supply chain relationships
About you:
- Residential project experience
