Job Description
I am currently working with a well established Principal Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Fit Out and Refurbishment projects varying from £2 - 8 Mill within the Commercial Office, Leisure and High End Resi sectors, who are searching for an experienced Technical or Building Services Manager to oversee M&E Packages on their projects with a view to managing and growing the division and working as a part of the work win team on bids and tenders.
If you are an experienced Technical Services Manager working for a Principal Contractor or a Site/Project/Contracts Manager for a M&E Sub Contractor with a full understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages within Fit Out and Refub Projects and would be interested in discussing this further please contact me onthe details attached
Must have's
* Fit Out experience.
* Understanding of M&E Packages.
* UK project experience.
* Authorisation to work in the UK.
Basic Salary to £65k plus package
