As a Junior Sales Representative at in our ESM organisation you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities at our existing customers. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and assist in closing deals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the intricacies of software sales while contributing to the success of a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline at our customer base.
  • Prospect Qualification: Conduct thorough research on customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services. Articulate the value proposition to prospects and demonstrate how our solutions can address their specific requirements.
  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales representatives in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of growth trajectory. Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to facilitate the sales process effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights to the sales team to refine strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, with SAAS-ITSM, ESM or ITOM is a nice to have
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
