Role: Associate Brand Manager – 8 Month FTC

The Role:
As the Associate Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the brand management team to drive brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and product development. You will be responsible for executing marketing plans, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand's growth and success.
Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights.
- Collaborate with product development teams to innovate and improve product offerings.
- Manage and analyse brand performance metrics and KPIs.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
- Support the development of promotional materials and digital content.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
