Job Summary
Business analysts serve as the bridge between our clients and our engineers. We work directly with customers at all levels to understand their business processes and objectives. We document these objectives and align them with our solutions,
translating them into actionable items for our product and engineering teams. We collaborate with project managers and engineers to design, build, and implement this functionality for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to define a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and requirements for their software.
- Document client objectives, scope, requirements, use cases, and assumptions in Business Requirements Documents for client approval.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to align client requirements with best-practices and organizational standards.
- Communicate results of your analysis to stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Assist Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers through software development lifecycle as needed related to requirements.
- Provide end-user training.
- Minimum exp as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience in writing user stories.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Great teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for technology and finance preferred.
- Positive attitude towards life and work.
Higher education / Degree or relevant technical certifications (preferred)
