Description:Full or Part-time Associate Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a newly refurbished and INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Peterlee, County Durham.
• £14 per UDA
• 6000-8000 UDAs available
• £1K-£2K per month in private income
• 50% split on private
• 50% split on lab bills
• Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice
• Trios Scanner
• Straumann Implant system
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Full support team including a therapist
• Existing, well maintained list
• 25 minutes to Sunderland, Durham, 25 minutes to Middlesbrough, 30 minutes to Newcastle.
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
