Description:
Full-time OR Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a MODERN, STATE OF THE ART & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
- UDA rate £14
- 55% split on private income over £2K (Associates are making between £5K-£10K per month)
- Spacious 5 surgery practice
- Practicing principal, 5 Associates & Hygiene Therapist support
- Practice is a referral practice for local dentists
- Microscope
- CBCT scanner
- iTero Scanner
- Soft tissue laser
- 3D printer
- Longstanding nursing team and support team
- Hours 9am – 5pm
- Practice offers Smile Makeovers, Implants, Invisalign
Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
