Description:Part time Performer Dentist required for 2-3 days in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
• Mon, Tues & Thurs - 8.30am to 5pm
• 2500-3000 UDAs available @ £12.50 per UDA
• Excellent private earning potential
• 50/50 split on lab fees
• Existing well maintained list
• 70% NHS & 30% Private patients
• 4 Surgeries
• Practice provides Implants, Invisalign, Smilelign and Cosmetic Dentistry
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital scanner
• Rotary Endo
• OPG
• Full support team with Hygienist
• 25 minutes to Derby, 30 minutes from Loughborough, 45 minutes to Leicester
• Available Now, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
