Associate Design Manager

ROLE
- The Associate Design Manager will report to one of the partners and/or the associate director.
- The Associate Design Manager will be responsible for planning and organising large projects from an electrical and mechanical perspective.
- The role will require the right candidate to be the main point of contact for clients as well as other internal disciplines, subconsultants and commercial team.
- Assistant design manager, design manager and senior design manager will report to you.
- The role will require from you to be responsible for financial management of projects client relationship management and supervision of less senior staff.
- The Associate Design Manager will work on project briefs, review project status, prepare project reports.
YOU
- The Associate Design Manager will have experience working on large commercial projects or data centres.
- The Associate Design Manager will have experience working as a project lead delivering large scale projects on time.
- We are looking for a chartered professional with knowledge of commercial and contractual risks.
