InsideTracker is seeking a multi-channel, multi-discipline, multi-talented Associate Designer to join our fast-growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director, Demand Generation and Content Marketing, you’ll be designing assets for a wide range of initiatives across the entire customer experience. You’ll be a critical member of the core content and creative team, tasked with solving marketing and communication challenges and bringing the brand’s newly redesigned visual language to life.
3-5 years of visual design experience in digital and print
High level of proficiency in taking artwork files to print & production (setup, dispatch, proof)
Understanding, command and demonstrated practice of the fundamentals of design, color theory, typography and visual elements
Proactive problem solving skills complemented by good communication skills, and the ability to show initiative
An impeccable, keen eagle eye for the detail and the ability to clearly communicate design choices
Highly collaborative and ability to partner with and support the needs of a range of internal stakeholders

ResponsibilitiesTake creative briefs from concept to execution in a fast-paced, high performance environment
Manage an organized library of design assets for the Sales and Marketing teams
Produce dynamic, engaging design solutions for a range of product, brand, marketing, and sales channels, including, but not limited to:
Web and mobile products
Online/offline advertising
Paid/organic Social Media
Sales collateral and tools
Email templates
Brand swag
Align all designs with the InsideTracker style guide
Coordinate with and provide precise feedback to partner agencies, publishers, and vendors as needed
SkillsTools & Software Proficiency
High level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Sketch
Proficiency using Invision and Craft plugin to create interactive prototypes
Experience with Avocode and Asana for design collaboration a plus
Experience working with Hubspot, eCommerce sites, social media platforms and digital performance marketing channels
Video, photography, editorial and animation skills a plus
