About The role:

The Associate Director of Sales will lead the sales team, drive strategic sales initiatives, and achieve revenue targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities, deep market insight, and a proven history of sales management success. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to create and implement sales plans that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with selling agencies and external consultants.
  • Lead and manage both the UK and China sales teams, establishing individual sales targets and KPIs, and evaluating KPIs.
  • Create content for sales presentations and sales manuals.
  • Oversee sales reports.
  • Train and develop the sales teams.
  • Identify and secure bulk sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the daily management of marketing suites and show homes to ensure an exceptional sales experience.
  • Manage channel agents and organize sales events to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and plans and create marketing collateral.
  • Travel internationally as needed to support sales efforts and attend events.

Requirements

  • Leadership and team management experience and skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.
  • UK property sales experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets and grow the customer base.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage the sales team and report to stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales promptly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
