My client is an independent Public Affairs and PR Health comms agency based in London, and they are on a mission to make a difference in the healthcare industry by providing top-quality services to their clients. So, this is where you come in!
My client seeks a Public Affairs Associate Director to join their close-knit team. You will have experience working in an agency, ideally with some exposure to an in-house role within a pharmaceutical, biotech or patient organisation. With a proven track record in pharmaceutical public affairs, you will play a leading role in the agency, contributing your expertise and helping them grow further.
You will lead on accounts and guide the team to create high-quality proposals, providing strategic input on initiatives and maintaining excellent relationships with senior clients. You will also mentor and support junior colleagues in their development, contributing expert insights and maintaining and growing the agency's network and outreach. You naturally generate new business and have excellent written and presentation skills.
Ideally, you will know the pharma industry and its regulations, market access topics, PR and media relations and crisis communications experience. But if you don't have all these, don't worry, I am looking for the right person and not a checklist of skills!
