This positions focus is to work on an iconic London Estate home to some prestigious global brands. The Central London Estate itself is a mix of Office, Retail & Residential assets.
The specific focus on this role will be leading on a newly refurbished state of the art Retail development. Tenants in the portfolio include Reiss, Paul Smith & Tom Dixon.
The is an appropriate position for an experienced Senior Surveyor or current Associate Director with a Retail background.
With a proactive and ambitious asset management culminated with a brand-new development, creates a challenging, fast paced environment ideal for a candidate who is feeling stagnated in their current role.
Naturally with an asset of this calibre there is a focus on performance outside of your core day to day. Placemaking and ESG among others are key areas of focus.
The role will be based on site, and you will work in house with the Asset Manager, provided a collaborative environment for a Property Manager keen for exposure outside of your day to day.
