Your role


As a senior member of the Indirect Tax Compliance & Technology team, you will help to develop and deliver their ambitious plan for market leadership. You will work across a range of their focus and priority areas such as tax technology and ERP implementations; automation and digitization; indirect tax governance, process and controls; and compliance operating models and outsourcing - all of which are high priorities for the clients we serve. You will work closely with other parts of the firm's global network to deliver on fast-paced national and international projects.

Responsibilities include

  • Leading and enhancing existing client engagements and target relationships, reporting direct to a partner
  • Developing new market opportunities locally, nationally and internationally with an opportunity to lead the market development of the new ideas
  • Working closely with colleagues in other parts of the firm, and other of the firm's offices, to develop and pursue opportunities
  • Assisting with developing less experienced staff with hands on advice and support
  • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Your professional experience

  • CTA/ACA/equivalent qualification
  • Prior indirect tax compliance & technology experience gained within professional services, HMRC or industry
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent client facing and relationship building skills
  • Strong business development skills, with a proactive nature to identify and pursue opportunities
  • Ability to manage teams effectively
